All H&B hotels are cleaning & sanitizing high-contact guest areas an increased number of times throughout the day, and we have placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the public spaces. Additionally, we have taken steps to minimize potential exposure in our food and beverage offerings by transitioning all properties to a grab-and-go style breakfast and limiting those properties with evening offerings to room service and takeaway only. Finally, we are actively monitoring and updating our procedures based on the most current guidance provided by the CDC, WHO, and other applicable government agencies.
